I have a mida fully upgraded in my vault. I had an NITC that I used all the time that was fully upgraded along with a Rapier or whatever that is called.
NITC and Rapier(?) both got recycled when I recieved my B-Line Trauma with firefly.

I haven't got one myself but I did see it happen. If you have Mida set to all the speed perks and you set your character to full agility (Raw Speed, Soeed and .... columns), you can out run the thrall even with 10 WoD in the abyss. Good for soloing the first section.
