What's the best scout rifle i can buy from the vendors? I have a VoC but that's about it, I was thinking maybe the satierriene?

You're thinking right. The crucible scout rifles are better than the vanguard ones. The rapier has the best perks out of the vendor.

Satrienne Rapier. It has firefly on it, and you buy it from crucible. Best scout rifle from a vendor.
