Same thing. Same impact and rate of fire as the voc but more damage being 331. I like the way the nitc feels. It ls the voc with a different skin. The rapier is very good but has a small mag. Still better than the voc on most stuff. I just looked at my notes. The rapier and nitc both do 70 more damage per bullet than the voc on level 32 enemies. 58 more on level 30. That's a pretty big difference considering they fire at the same speed. When HoW comes the margins will get wider still.
