Why using tracking weapons is cheap
It basically screams that you're either incredibly bad at aiming, or you're too lazy to put effort into actually not sucking.
Let's face it, you all beg and plead for a ghorn because you don't want to take the effort into actually landing a skillful shot. You might as well just mash the trigger and let the wolf packs do your dirty work.
Things I know you will probably say:
'Baby is crying because he doesn't have a ghorn'
Well there is a reason I don't.
'OP is a fgt'
The more open I keep my options, the more action I get.
'I do have skill blah blah blah I just use the ghorn cause I want to yadda yadda yadda'
Cool, then prove you have basic skill in aiming
'Your k/d sucks your opinion means nothing'

What if I feel my hunger is overall the best weapon of choice as I feel that I don't have a better 331 at my disposal? Am I bad because I use a weapon that I feel benefits my time and team the most?

I love mine I got from pvp before I even had a blue. Most weapons have auto aim . Some like thorn are stupid accurate and op. I respect your opinion and don't totally disagree but I find myself having a lot of fun with it. Especially in pvp ( where by the way practically everything is overpowered) I get a real hoot out of hitting somebody across the map that's trying to snipe me. And if my rocket it's him it's their own stupidity because all they have to do is jump behind somthing and the tracking pulls it into whatever they jump behind.

I don't like tracking rockets, except for ghorn. I prefer the horseshoe perk that detonates on proximity.

5 RepliesGood luck using any tracking RL in PvP (should use a LMG anyway). The chances of the enemy jumping behind cover / into a doorway and causing the round to detonate on the outside is fairly high. Best bet is to use a non-tracking RL with 'grenades and horseshoes' perk, a little bit of guestimation as to where the enemy will come from - fire - result. Or use a LMG......

The only time I actually use tracking in crucible is to shoot down those snipers who like standing still. It's too hard to use tracking on someone who is constantly moving and easier just to hit under them or around.
