How to fix Destiny: One man's suggestions

I'll try to keep this as organized as possible, though I am writing this on my phone so forgive me for any errors that I may overlook. Let me start out by saying I truly enjoy this game, and while I believe it has its fair share of faults (okay maybe a little bit more than its fair share), this is the first time I have ever played a game on a daily basis the way I have with Destiny. However there are a few relatively simple additions I think would be helpful. First I believe the way Bungie addressed the new level cap could be adjusted. The problem lay in increasing the level cap by only two levels. If they had instead increased the max level to just 33 instead they could have then made it so that old raid gear could have one additional upgrade that allows you to get to 32, making all the hard work relevant, made the faction gear take you to level 31 or w.e, and then have the new raid gear take you to 33. So simple. One more level. And not only that it would then make it so that newer players were still given incentive to run the awesomeness that is VoG. The same could apply to the weapons as well. I understand that in a game of this type that there will be new gear that replaces older gear, but to essentially wipe out a large portion of valued guns is a major mistake. Next it would be great to offer the additional crucible match types all the time (minus iron banner, though I'm not opposed to that either). There are already limited game types, and while I don't know your reasoning for not introducing custom matches, allowing us to simply have access to salvage, doubles (and even...combined arms) would go a long way to helping out. While I'm on the subject of crucible, let me just say that for custom matches I can potentially understand that people could then abuse it for completing bounties or experience, but simply make it so that custom matches don't award XP or count towards bounties and BOOM problem solved. I'd also like to say that in game currency needs to be addressed, and for the love of god not by adding anything new. We currently have motes, strange coins, black wax, crucible and vanguard marks, plus the radiant and ascendant materials, of which the latter has become almost useless for many of us day one players. Love the game and you've made an addicting product, but there are so many adjustments that could be made, that I don't see as being particularly difficult (though I understand that there is much I don't understand about game development), to improve the product. Also one last thing, and this is a selfish request, could you fix the lunar complex ghost? It's the only grimoire I'm missing. Thanks and keep up the hard work.
