Creativity is not a skill. Look how creative 5 year olds are. Creativity and imagination tend to lessen as you enter the real world.

No. It's not your choice. It's genetics. Studies have shown advanced intelligence and creativity to be mutually exclusive. You're not skilled because you can make shit up. Your brain just works differently.

You may be born with creative genes but it's completely up to you what you do with it. You can either do nothing or choose to work and fine tune it.
