I can't sleep because when I am alone I think. So when I'm in my bed, I think a lot. I especially think about trying to feel myself slip into unconsciousness. And as a result of that trying to feel the sleep pushes it away. I have only felt the release into sleep once, and it felt amazing. It feels like you weigh nothing and it like your entire body is completely relaxed. Don't try to think about sleeping. I made a big mistake, now sometimes I can't sleep. But mostly now I just fall asleep. And don't try to not think it makes you think even more.
