Most of my ideas were taken so what the hell, 4th horseman and dragons breath. Revolving chamber launcher that fires small (lower impact) rockets at a high rate of fire. Each impact leaves some sort of solar flare after detonation.

Or Patience breaker (the 2 good snipers) - Sniper that regens ammo with almost no recoil that makes you inv while holding.
