Almost all shots missed are returned to reserve. (picture the SGA firing shotgun shells at machine gun speed, and regenerating ammo, and returning ammo... aka.. WALL OF LEAD) No Land Beyond The Hard Truth No Land beyond+Hard Light+Truth. Iron sight High ROF Semi-Full auto Sniper rifle. Hard Light rounds stagger enemies, over penetrate, and skip off hard surfaces. Rounds aggressively seek enemy targets.

[spoiler]Jizz[/spoiler] Edit 1: Fusing exotics would actually be a good idea, but if you did, you would give up the possibility of ever getting those two exotics ever again. Like it would take both exotics off your loot table. Forever. Edit 2: Another good idea, giving kinetic exotics burn damages. Through quests or rewards. Like a Burn Bounty.

No Land Beyond + Thunderlord = bolt action sniper rifle that fires faster the longer the trigger is held. Still useless.
