I finally leveled to Crucible rank 3 yesterday for my commendation and then I started leveling up FWC because I will probably save up for the armor but then I thought i would like The Chance...but then I think that the Red Hand IX from Monarchy might be better for me... but now I'm thinking that I should just buy a Crucible one such as the 1969 because I really don't feel like grinding out more levels of anything and at least enjoy my first rank 3 purchase, ya know? I'm rank 2 vanguard (I think), so it would take a while to get the vanguard HC. I know that there are better HC out there such as TLW, Hawk, Thorn, etc, but I don't have time to grind raids...at least until I hit 30 and its' a weekend (29 now)... so I'm not sure which vendor HC to go for right now.. I mostly want it for PVE (but PVP would be nice as my primary in PVP is either Up For Anything or No Land Beyond) as for PVP I mostly use my Murmur. What do you think? I know that I should look at the modifiers as well such as having explosive rounds or whatever, but I am trying to figure out the best HC for me that I could purchase in the next couple days since I almost have enough marks to buy a crucible rank 3 item. Oh.. if I level FWC or NM just once, will I get a random legendary like when you level from 2 to 3 Crucible?
