Assassins Creed: Revelations... Seeing Ezio's story come to an end, after being with him throughout most of his life. Probably the most satisfied and complete feeling towards a games ending I've ever had. Bastion was good too, picking up your dying friend after he betrayed you, slowly carrying him to the exit, while your enemies let you walk though, out of respect for your actions. Music was great too.
