So I am sure this has been out and about a fair enough (I know have posted about how it could benefit Bungie from a business standpoint previously). But why on earth don't they add private lobbies!?
I would love to set up a match against a friend for fun with certain restrictions just to see who the better guardian is or do fun challenges against each other!
I talked to one of my friends about this awhile back and his leading theory as to why it isn't a thing is simply because Bungie is afraid of what we could discover if we had the free time to explore these PVP matches....if that is a legitimate concern then we shouldn't be playing on unintentionally cheap or half-assed maps anyways.
THINK about the way this could expand the game! I don't want to get into my game battles or competitive rant again (I just love playing against the best I don't know what to say) but there is a whole community of gamers that plays games JUST FOR THIS REASON!
It's also a whole new way to give the crucible a little more of a challenge for people who get bored of playing against unskilled (shouldn't there at least be a ranked play?)
Since Trials of Osiris is coming out (I hope still, seriously when is is coming???) I have been patiently and anxiously waiting to get my friends together to see how we can fair against the best! BUT WHY DOES IT HAVE TO COME IS SUCH A LIMITED AND SELECTIVE MANNER!?!
