I have my bachelors, but out of the literally 800 job applications and 6 interviews, only ONE has asked about my college experience.
I now work at a warehouse making overtime, and I can assure you, they couldn't care less about Organizational Psychology or the Diagnostics and Statistics Manual V4.
I know more than a few people who've never went to college yet make the SAME amount as me....one person my age makes $16 an hour without a degree......
College is 100% useless.

I have Bachelors in Graphic Design. Got a full-time salary position in DC, 6 months after graduation. Most companies I know only look at resumes that have college degree. Just because they don't talk to you about it, doesn't mean that they don't acknowledge it. It serves more as a way to filter out resumes. If you don't have a degree, you don't get an interview. (At least this was my experience)
