Play VOG and hope for one of the weapon drops like Corrective Measure (a beast in the crucible) and buy The Calming fusion rifle - also heavy ammo always drops in the same spots, if you hear "heavy ammo inbound" then immediately run to one of those spots so you don't miss out - it's first come first serve. Lastly, only play Control, players are usually preoccupied with capturing zones and once you learn the maps you can learn the paths from zone to zone - for players who aren't too great at the crucible Control offers the best chance to have a decent k/d and a better chance for kills.

Actually, heavy ammo is NOT "first come first served", it is available to ALL teammates who are within close proximity when it is opened. If all 6 teammates are there all get their full amount of heavy ammo. Be smart and ***if possible*** wait for your team to get to the heavy ammo drop before opening.

Because I do it on purpose - ok buddy whatever you say - didn't even know about it til today. I could understand your point if I formed a team and then buddy -blam!-ed them out of it, assuming we were even on team chat - but the reality of the crucible is that even if it's not first come first served it still is first come first served because if you don't get there in time you don't get it. I'm pretty sure I've never been on your team so don't blame your frustration on me. #asshole

All you have to do is be within 10 feet of the case when someone picks it up and you'll get it. Simple as that
