Not sure if this has been posted, worthy of attention.
Anyone with astronomy knowledge? What's your take?

Tough one. On the one hand there's no obvious gravitational lensing to point to a black hole, on the other hand 90 million years is way too recent for it to be a nebula created from a star with a mass close to that of a supermassive black hole. The multiple bright spots would suggest a nebula though.
