I have my bachelors, but out of the literally 800 job applications and 6 interviews, only ONE has asked about my college experience.
I now work at a warehouse making overtime, and I can assure you, they couldn't care less about Organizational Psychology or the Diagnostics and Statistics Manual V4.
I know more than a few people who've never went to college yet make the SAME amount as me....one person my age makes $16 an hour without a degree......
College is 100% useless.

Didn't bother volunteering at the animal shelter or local school? Organize an event to clean up a local beach or park? You didn't get an internship that related to your major? How did you make it this far in life with zero work experience? And now you expect employers to go "yes, let's hire this guy who has literally never had a job before"? Again, the problem isn't higher education, it's your expectations. Are there issues with higher education and the number of people getting degrees they don't need? Yes, but that's a different issue.
