If you need to farm glimmer do the weekly heroic on the lowest level. Use the bonus for enemies right before boss battle. Get to the boss battle, and kill the mobs then when the boss is almost dead die. The best one for this i have found is spikes prime. I'm sure there are better strikes, but this is the one that I found it out on.
