My stomach once did this weird ass thing that felt like it was tearing apart. I kept throwing up for an hour in a public restroom. Not as bad as other things I'm seeing, but it still hurt. I never checked it out, as it stopped hurting after a while, so I've got no idea what it was. Food poising maybe?

It could have been food poisoning, but next time it happens, get it checked, and mention it next time you get a check up. You can never be too safe when it comes to your health.
