Problem is that there are people that do that from mission start, leaving 1 or 2 players to carry the full load of the strike by themselves. That's not fair either.
(Note: I'm not saying that you do this, I'm just saying I detest people that AFK strikes...I usually quit the strike, rather than carry them).
