What's the point in doing a roc strike to kill the same trash mobs that you can go kill on patrol over and over?

I do do that as well, I hang at skywatch and wait for the enemy to move against each other, and the stay right in the middle and kill kill kill, I also get my licks on Urzok...he is hated you know!!!!
