I do. 5-6 days a week, in fact. I'm not a meathead or anything, but it doesn't hurt to lift a weight, that's for sure. Of course, you've got to fit in cardio as well, so I do sprints 3-4 days a week. In my prime... 6'1 178lb Bench 185x3 Dead 275x3 Squat 225x3 Running at 15% BF right now I have 40.8 pounds of lean muscle on me* 86 pounds of skeletal muscle mass. I try to stay athletic. Numbers on my lifts don't matter to me. For those who are newer, just lift smart. I'm dealing with a terrible rotary cuff injury right now.
