No more acendant materials in the NIGHTFALL AND WEEKLY PLEASE
It is so annoying to do an entire nightfall and weekly and what do u get for ur work. Ascendant materials. If you are going to do this then please add in a trade system of 10 ascendant shards or 20 ascendant shards for 1 radiant shard. Bungie you need to understand that ascendant materials are irrelevant to the majority of the community. I get Eris does the trade thing , but we r still stuck with ascendant materials. Please listen to us and do this.

They made ascended materials useless. Hopefully they do away with radiant materials altogether in march

I know ppl are getting tired of getting ascendant from the NF. Yes it should be changed to radiant but we still have new ppl to the game and they Need this stuff. So really that is your answer. you guys just stock pile it for the "New Drop" of Stuff.(yes i know you have 100+ of each, i do) [u]If anything needs[/u] materials, coins, mote taken out, Please for the love of Engrams, Legendary Engrams Should pop as Legendary, w/ the slight chance of exotic. do another poll for this yo.

1 ReplyI agree getting ascended mats from a nightfall makes it a waste of time ; we can only play it once a week and we get rewarded with that rubbish ..... I know people will say : but lots of people don't raid ... That's their own fault ; the raids are a huge part of the game and are the main way to progress .. The people who do raid shouldn't be getting rewarded useless mats just because there are people who don't raid

Did 2 nightfalls this week and both gave me -blam!-ing materials I wouldn't be so mad if there was actually a use to them but at this stage in the game they are worthless

I and my 550 ascendant shards agree. Either give us a use for 500+ shards or let me trade them to those who need them. I certainly do not

I have about 300 of each and I figured I'd use them for HoW when it drops. I'm 32 on every character so they are useless now, but later they'll be handy. And most people play destiny for crucible anyhow and don't raid.

4 RepliesNo thanks. Need ascendant mats. How about we clean up the progression paths? Only one OR the other. Maybe no shards at all? Redundant currency is redundant. Marks Standard upgrade mats (relic iron, spirit bloom, etc.) Glimmer. Not ascendant X or Y Not radiant X or Y Not Exotic shards. Not Commendations. Just basic mats, glimmer, and XP. That's it. No more.

1 ReplySorry but Ascendant materials are not irrelevant to the 'majority' of the community. It's definitely a minority that raids. Besides that the materials are never useless. It's not like they go bad. New armor and weapons will come out when HoW drops.
