I broke my wrist by landing and putting all my weight on it when I was 7, that was probably the worst pain I've felt.
Also when I was 10 I slipped and fell on the stairs going down, landed on my back and nearly broke it, I was screaming in pain and could barely move except for some kind of involuntary spasming.
