I haven't had anything worse than stepping on a nail since I'm cautious

When I was little I fell backwards off a chair, back of my head hit a radiator. Staples. A year and a half later, at friends birthday party. Can't remember fully what we were doing. I remember turning around, and seeing little metal mirror about three inches from my face. Had stitches in forehead, have permanent bump/scar. I once stepped on a nail, and had it lodged in my foot. I got a bandaid after I pulled it out (keep in mind I was maybe nine at the time) I was once standing behind my little brother while mini golfing. Little jackass never understood how to mini gold properly. Was hit a half inch behind my ear, blacked out for thirty seconds. Nothing permanent though. I was trying to go across monkey bars when I was little. For half way across and fell. Landed on my tailbone. Could barely move. About eight hours later, I go to my living room to tell my mom that the pain is mostly gone. Take three steps into living room, slip on rolled carpet, land on tail bone. And once at a Halloween party, with no provocation (and therefor no time to prepare), my friend came from behind my right side and punched me square in the nuts. I was on my knees, folded over, unable to move for a half hour. On the plus side though: he and other friend wrestled later. He landed funny on his right arm and got a buckle fracture. Also the second time he broke that arm, third broken arm in general.
