...this much? You don't have to be scared, it's a purely aesthetic procedure. You're not going to be forced to do it.

The NUSS procedure. I had what's called Pectus Excavatum, where the sternum is behind the rib cage, instead of on level with it. The bar pushed out my sternum, like bracers for the ribs.
