It isn't the armor piercing rounds necessarily. It's that combined with the final round perk which is a one shot kill anywhere on the body. If your argument is to compare to other games with snipers in it that have one shot kills, the closest main stream game I've played like that is COD. While this is similar in some regards, it is very distinct in others. COD also has it's one shot kill snipers when you hit torso and up. This gun can one shot you in the foot. Not necessarily saying it needs to get nerfed, but there is a clear and obvious advantage this gun has over all other guns in the entire game. Fittingly it's only sold thru iron banner and takes a while to roll properly.

Out of everyone who responded to my post you were the most intelligent and reasonable. A fusion rifle can OHK you in the foot too, but I don't think those should be nerfed. I said it earlier in another response, but the number of people whose Spear actually has those perks together is small, so it isn't affecting a large number of opponents and therefore isn't game breaking.

I agree it isn't game breaking, final point I'll make though... Fusion rifles can't one shot you in the foot through a wall ;) honestly I think it's a gun to strive for. A gun clearly designed for multiplayer and earned through the most difficult game mode in multiplayer. I think there needs to be more guns like it. Guns that are over powered in multiplayer and not necessarily the best in pve. Make people work for their style of gun, create a divide between the two sets. If you love multiplayer, earn the best guns in multiplayer and kick ass with them. If you don't, stick to pve and kick ass with your over powered pve weapons. Just my thoughts
