False with the final round perk, you can essentially shoot the first two shots then the final round it is essentially a one shot body shot sniper

Ok, I'll give you that. But missing or getting spotted is not an option then. Regardless, I don't think a Nerf is in order. I bet maybe 3% of the destiny population has it and maybe 1% use it. It's not like a Suros regime or something more ubiquitous.
