Having more then 5 deaths per match, especially when we win. Teammates in Combined Arms who take heavy ammo and then proceed to go on the pike. When an enemy activates their super and you can't dodge it unless you have blink. When rocket hits don't 1 hit kill when on target. When my entire team are so gung ho on crucible (constantly moving that they have no map control) that they don't let me anchor the team spawn, so the enemy team spawns on me and then forces me to run like -blam!- for my life towards the team. (these are the most intense moment on crucible)
