Why do Pulse Rifles have low impact?
Scout Rifles are one burst shots with high impact.
Auto Rifles speak for themselves (automatic) and range form very low (Epilogue) to moderate impact (Shadow Price, Vanquisher VIII)
Pulse Rifles are 3 burst shots and have low impact.
Shouldn't Pulse Rifles be half way between Auto Rifles and Scout Rifles? Even some Auto Rifles have greater impact than 3 burst Pulse Rifles.
Why roll with a 3 burst low impact Pulse Rifle when I can go full auto with a low impact Auto Rifle instead?
It makes them pretty much redundant.

its true its relatively useless for most part they do need to up it a little bit considering even scout rifles have the upper hand and that's just illogical on bungies part.
