The wisest move for any business is to put out a product that is of quality? And if their idea of quality doesn't meet the expectations of the consumer... what's the next move? Stick that middle finger up in the air and tell your customers maybe next time, lemmings! Lol. Kelly - we're all aware shareholders take priority in any company. But if you lose all your clientel, you're going to lose your profits. There IS such thing as balancing your profits and quality of your products. Don't go dollar general store on us please.
