People can make three of the same class and cheese the raid for a month. Yet Bungie thinks it's wrong for you to trade materials for marks so you don't have to play the horrendous time sump called crucible. They are still using three same classes to cheese more armor out of the raid three times per week.
It's ok for Bungie to introduce yet another currency, called commendations, so that it slowes the grind that much more. Yet they allow players to make three of the same class and cheese the raid for over a month. Swamping the game world with fake 32's. Those same fake 32's are now turning away new lvl 31 players on even the normal level raids. No integrity.
I think it's one of those mistakes akin to when we were able to turn in materials for marks, giving some players the ability to skip crucible or vanguard strikes and still max out marks every week. Its a fairly glaring double standard on Bungies part. People claimed it was because they didn't want to look for mats on patrols, but it was really because people were maxing marks for crucible by turning in materials... It was 50 mats for 5 marks and 25 rep. More than you get now by playin and Winning a match.
Bungie needs to step up, and admit that having the ability for a player to make three of the same class was a mistake and an oversight.
1. They need to delay the House of Wolves dlc so that they can make certain it cannot be exploited.
2. And they need to take away the ability for players to make three of the same class.
Also, currency and upgrade materials being shared between characters via vault space needs to be reconsidered. It's been brought to my attention that this is also being exploited by players.
