I agree, even negative responses would be nice. A simple, no we cannot do that. Or thank you for your submission. But nope, they only care about what THEY want to do, not what their fans want. Nintendo does the same thing so does every other company with a mediocre customer service. Anytime Destiny goes down for "maintenance" and we've got $80 paper weights, where Is the notice, the apology.
This is an endless discussion and ultimately every single player needs to stop playing to change anything.
And that will NEVER happen, and "they" know it.

Yep. A simple canned "Q&A" news update would be nice. Take the most common requests and suggestions and run through them. "We like this idea, maybe we could give it a trial run." "This won't work and here's why." "We could perhaps try this on the sequel." "Well, we're actually considering something else. Here's what we're thinking." That'd be nice…
