Volume Control
Simple and almost on every video game. A volume option that lowers in game music or sound effects.
I understand this might have not been added due to the fact that you want the players to be immersed in the experience with nicely composed music and sound effects but after the 100th time of playing the same strike and/or mission, it gets old...
To be honest some sound effects and music isn't a big issue. I think most people wouldn't mind the music as long as there was a way to control the volume. Sometimes the music gets more loud than the actual gameplay it's self.
I understand there is also the option to going into a chat party with friends and lowering the volume from prioritizing the setting to the party instead of the game. This allows you to hear your team a lot clearer but why go through all of that when instead a simple solution could be added?
I see tons of hot fixes pertaining things you don't want players to exploit and cheat their way through but not many fixes players ask for. Some balance would be nice.

I just want to say that even with my party chat audio balance set to the extreme left (towards party and farthest away from game), the game is STILL too loud for me to hear my friends many times, and I would love lower the volume a bit. My headset doesn't come with the bells and whistles of a Pulse Elite or Gold headset (with built in chat/game audio balance sliders), so in game volume controls--something that every single game comes with standard--would be aces.
