Hey no problem!! I'm very pro consumer and the whole idea of service-for-consumers resonates with me. I can't understand why we've accepted getting milked for the sake of "the good of the company" haha! We don't work for them! I'm not talking about only Bungie either, 2014 will forever be known as the year of broken launches and blatant corporate interference.
