Suddenly We're hated.
Suddenly all 31's trying to get in on the hard raid are just getting bullied by 32s. Psh, Highschool all over again.

As "Amazing" and "Inspiring" Your Guys post are. I think you're missing the point, I don't care about the hard raid or doing it anytime soon! Im saying that alot of the 32s are being bullies to levels below. (As stated im my post above^) Yes i understand that we 31s do significantly less damage than a 32 but i didn't know that gave you the right to Call people "Scrubs, Scumbags, Wetbacks,etc" As much as you guys think "Oh its the interner get over it scrub. Go cry somewhere else" instead of actually understanding what im trying to imply here, It won't change anything. Just like this post is probably meaningless and others will laugh. Ive seen what bullying can do to people, I've lost family and friends to it. Im just stating what i see. Nothing more. -S

I'm not judging or hating on level 31's because not everyone plays all day or you could be unlucky to not have boots for your titan like myself but I will say after running crota on hard last night.....31 probably won't cut it in most cases. A 32 with maxed black hammer or ice breaker is taking 5 to 6 shots to kill yellow bar knights. You'll get one hit by boomers, and just overall take more damage. It's tricky to regen health against crota so taking little damage is crucial. Now by all means if you're highly skilled and know how to stay alive when you're not killing things quick then maybe you'll be fine. I can tell you that I won't take my titan in hard mode until he is 32 like my Hunter and warlock

Alright close to every 31 is getting the wrong idea of us 32, we prefer 32 for the gigantic fact that we do more damage and take less. Now no one here is saying 31 is inexperienced or bad or whatever, we know you have been unlucky but others like me wanted to get through it quicker not saying I couldn't get through it with or as a 31 just it will be quicker and waste less time :( srry to all 31 who are being pushed out of raids.

Only part you will need 32's is Crota. Got to Crota with two 32's and one 31. For Crota we got a full squad of 32's and got it.

Completed a full run of CE HM on my 31 titan. This was with a group that id beat with twice already, and run raids with weekly.

You don't survive long enough. 32s survive just barely. I don't care how "good" you think you are. It's two levels above.

3 RepliesI beat him a few hours after the raid landed yesterday with a full team of 32's. However, when I run it again I am planning on going in with just a couple of 32's and 4 31's. It really isn't that difficult and I know some level 31's who are worth 2 level 32's in any scenario. Not everyone has had the luxury of time to grind out 3 characters or they have just been unlucky with RNG drops. Basically I would rather have a good and solid level 31 than a 32 who hasn't got a clue, or more importantly, isn't a team player. All this level 32 only stuff is a bit pathetic really, the harder the better in my book! I enjoyed the Crota fight though, felt good kicking his ass!!

Just find a crew in VoG and play with them again. I was a random until i did Hard VoG and i scored a vex my 1st time through on hard. Not only that but i never have to go it alone for NF and it basically opened up the game for me. I am working on my 3rd character and if ever needed i can help. GT same as above but no raids mon-thursday

Last 3-4 weeks I kept getting asked into Crota Raids. Last 48 hours and the only thing I was asked was to help a bunch of new people do VoG on hard. 31....the struggle is real.

1 ReplyTrust me coming from a 31 titan. You hvae no hope in that raid. You have hope up until crota. Then you're just dead. The only thing you're good for is reviveing people and taking shots.

Its just the way the damage reduction works while attacking higher level enemies. A lot of the encounters require each person to do a large amount of damage to a single target, such as the brigde: how on earth do you expect to get the 7 or 8 hits required on the Gatekeeper with the sword without being killed by the level 33 Boomer Knight raining hell on you?

I got up to crota with four 32's and two 31's. Myself a 31. The maze is still quite easy. We used to two groups of 3 strat. Then for bridge we used the technique of getting one across and having a warlock self revive on the side you start at. He then kills the ogres. Deathsinger took a few tries but was done. Crota we struggled with and eventually all left. I have since seen a decent crota video though using a method where everyone runs to the centre just infront of the glass where deathsinger spawns. That looks effective.

1 ReplySo here is what I think...for what it's worth if TDB has shown us anything we will be able to purchase vendor gear to get to 33 in HOW; what this means is you have PLENTY of time to knock out crotes on hard. To those of us still at 31 (damn raid boots!) this means we should all take a second and relax. Yes, as of right now it is hard to find a group to do hard mode Crota but in a month and a half we will be able to run hard mode for the weapons no problem. I know asking people to be patient is darn near impossible here but really if those of us stuck at 31 for the time being just chill out and keep running normal mode we aren't missing out on much of anything. Do I want to run hard mode? Yes! Of course I do, but being 31 I know it is going to just be a frustrating pain in the butt to both find a group and complete the content. Those weapons aren't going anywhere and will still be very useful in HOW when that drops I'm cool with waiting like 6 weeks and understand why people want all 32s TL;DR If you're level 31 like I am, and I've played since beta, we have plenty of time to run hard mode it just dropped YESTERDAY

Great post pal, nearly had me reaching for the angry keyboard with the first half, glad I read on. I don't want to be first through, I have no need to hold up a pseudo dick in public for fleeting recognition, I play the way I like at the pace I like with no pressure. You all want to be first, have everything on the game now, why? What's left other than repeat the same. You can caller a scrub, , noob, wannabe, pretty much anything you like because sadly for you glory hunters its just a video game and ultimately irrelevant in life. It's a pastime used to relax and not a paid profession where performance really does matter

You have to realize how difficult it is for all 32s to do it if you are 31 it would be impossible to be a part of dps and you will die instantly
