Video games + Psychedelics?
Have you ever played a game while actively hallucinating on a psychedelic substance such as LSD, or mushrooms?

1 ReplyEdited by root_it: 1/21/2015 10:34:06 PM[u]Shrooms vs The Final Destination[/u] So, My evening started out playing Super Smash Bros Brawl with my buddies. All of whom also consumed some of those tasty little golden, and blue caps. All is well. We are having a great time beating each other up. The shrooms kicked in while we were still playing Smash Bros. Low and behold, we start playing better. Our group of five were cycling between controllers, fyi, so we could all get. Sooner or later we were feeling great so to speak, and kept playing. Finally about three hours after we were peaking we noticed it was just four of us. So we proceed to look for our buddy. We look everywhere. Outside, inside....the roof. He was nowhere to be found. After an hour, or so of looking for our buddy. We met back up in our gaming trip room we had set up. The layout of the room: two closets, two couches, a bean bag, xbox, and wii. Nothing to special. We pick the controllers back up and continue to play; having come to the conclusion that he's a grown man, and can take care of himself. After a few rounds of Halo we start to notice some heavy breathing coming from one of the closets. Still tripping balls I might add, we slowly walk to the closet to examine the noise. To our amazement, and amusement lol, our buddy had been hiding there in fear. He was frightened, and some convinced himself that the stage "final destination" was indeed his final destination.

2 RepliesNo but I watched Akira while on acid. I finally understood what the -blam!- was going on in that movie. That said drugs are bad and that was a long time ago

All of us stayed up all night and into the morning playing these games and tripping our asses off, just so we could hit the mall and buy a strategy guide to know all of the moves in Battle Arena Toshinden.

4 RepliesOnly done it once and it didn't end well, I was smoking what used to be a legal high and played black ops 2, to me I was playing normally, but from what I've been told my thumbs never stopped moving, I never missed a shot and I had a perfect game, only had the one because I ended up having a break down, not touched psychedelics since and doubt I will again, I'm sticking to ganja

Oh and I've also engaged in some Geometry Wars 2 while on mushrooms...now that, I HIGHLY recommend, even if for a short while of the trip ;)

3 RepliesWhen I do acid or shrooms I can't sit and watch a TV screen or Hold a controller it feels completely unnatural and I get paranoid because I overthink technology, I go outside and hang with friends or go to a show and be with music and lights dude
