Bump
When you go back and look at the articles and interviews for the lead up to Destiny's release, you get the sense that this is what Bungie envisioned. That Destiny would make that jump from just being a game and become a culture. If done correctly, I could easily see a "DestinyCon" out there.
Unfortunately, I think we're all experiencing another type of "Con" with Destiny right now.

Which is the unfortunate reality that I'm trying to expose. Compared to game developers who actually do put the Gamer first, companies who tailor the game experience to best serve the Gamer; what Bungie is doing with Destiny, but saying they're trying to do with Destiny, just falls short of every goal that they had for this game. That's what needs to change. they need to get back on that original path. I'm here trying to act as a flashlight to illuminate Bungie's way back.
