More specifically, the fact that it has a vertical blast radius equivalent to an atomic bomb's mushroom cloud is what makes it OP. There's no reason why it should kill me when I'm 30 feet in the air, Bungie. That's just overkill.
Edit: Let me make it clear for all of you. Fist of Panic is a ground pound. The important word there is "ground". Fist of Panic, a "ground" pound, can take out people 30 feet in the air. That's my problem with it.
Now watch as the people who abuse it come to defend it.

I feel like the upward radius is to high absolutely

Typical Desticle

Yes I completely agree
-
Only thing that makes me mad about it is you can't kill them until a sec after. Don't know how many times I've stuck them with my grenades and it only takes them to half health.
-
Fist of Havoc OP Blade Dancer OP Sunsinger OP Gjallarhorn OP Ice Breaker OP Black Hammer OP E. Spear OP All Fusion Rifles OP Thorn OP TLW OP Vex OP Suros OP Shotguns OP etc, etc, etc See the trend.
-
If it's so OP, then make a titan yourself and see. I agree that all supers are pretty well balanced and a lot of it is about timing. Although I gotta say, I thing the nova bomb is probably the most annoying to me.
-
Have you tried jumping away from a nova bomb or blade dancer?.... I've found that jumping away from any classes super doesn't really work very well..
-
It's a super it's meant to be op
-
I have also been killed when jumping from a nova bomb and even blade dancer. Supers are annoying when you die and fun as hell when you kill someone. Just accept the death and super someone else
-
Abuse it, no those people who panic super are dumb. My favorite thing is when like 4-6 people are on an objective and I run up and jump into the air and mess up everyone! There is no escape! Fist of havoc + helm of inmost light= unstoppable!

*clears throat* You see, theres one question humans have been asking about this topic for centuries.
WHO BLOODY CARES?!
#satire
-
This is something I posted on another topic, if you take this in to consideration, thank you.

I would like to state that you are incorrect about the Titans health stat in the crucible, because the game is balanced out, it has been tested and at maximum armor build the Titans can at BEST survive one more shot from the weakest extremely fast firing AR in the game and no other guns are affected by this, anything that fires the same pace as the Galahad or slower is not affected by the Titans armor stat. Second of all the Titan juggernaut is rarely ever ran by a Titan considering most Titans run shoulder charge, either for extra mobility or dps. This is because juggernaut does not last very long and activates a fair time after sprinting (just like shoulder charge) but only gives a shield in the front. Also, a Titan super can easily be dodged by blink, and nonetheless would it really be fair if the Titan super, even though you have to be up close to use it, to have a smaller AoE than nova bomb? The Titan fist of havoc is in no way more over powered than any other super, it's only advantage over them is its ability to negate other supers, and only at close range. Furthermore, the Titan grenades are no better than any other classes grenades because of the fact that while they can be used to block of pathways, the do not OHK ( If we are limited to striker, but even defender only has a magnetic grenade, and all other classes have a similar grenade in one of their subclasses) whereas the other classes grenades like the hunter trip mine or the warlock fusion grenade do. The warlocks and hunters have more powerful grenades for pvp in both of their subclasses (I would know, I run all three classes). Therefore, Titans are not the most overpowered class in the crucible, but that is just my side of the argument.

The blast radius on it sucks. I back out of it all the time, and people do the same to me. Golden gun is the most OP super, you can't even argue that.
-
The way I think of it: If there is an earthquake and you are on a plane in the sky, you and the plane will not just crash out of the sky for no reason.

Edited by Jazanderpuss: 1/25/2015 9:22:34 PMFist if havoc is an Area of Effect attack. Yes its a ground pound but from the impact it let's out a blast of lightning in a 360 degree area around the impact sight. If you're going to comain about a super complain about hunter supers. I rarely see an entire team or even half a team wiped out by a warlock or titan super. I see it happen co stantly with hunter supers. Especially arc blade. This is coming from a warlock main. Understand how a super works moron.

Edited by LD Rat: 1/24/2015 8:34:10 AMTITAN, HOW IT WORKS: Striker You punch things, sometimes you jump in the air and use two hands and punch things. This works well and raises the question why someone wouldn't always use two hands to punch things. Sometimes you punch with you shoulder, sometimes with your knee. Occasionally you punch things with bullets, but this punching is the least effective of all the punches. Punching things makes your fists dirty, so make sure to get a nice rag on your waist so you can punch the dirt off of your punches. Deffender Instead of using two hands to punch things, you use a shield to make other things stop punching you. This is counter-intuitive because it doesn't allow you to punch as many things. You can still punch with bullets, and sometimes the shield makes you punch harder with bullets. Sometimes the shield makes a little shield so you can around punching things and not getting punched as much. Sometimes when you punch things you get a shield that let's you punch more things. Dishrag is maintained.

I think it's kind of stupid how when you're in mid air fist a panic and still get you...

*sits in bulky black batman chair* I didn't pick Titan for Fist of Havoc. Nor Ward of Dawn. I didn't even pick it for shoulder charge. When I was a noob, I didn't know any of those things. I picked it for the word "armored."

No class is OP, each is very well balanced. Now shut up. And I've played as each and every class FYI.
-
It would suck huge if you could easily avoid it. Heres a thing i saw on redit, i believe. When you look at an enemy, if his level indicator is flashing yellow, he has a super ready.
-
Nova bomb has the same vertical blast radius as FoH. Blade dancers don't have to jump to lunge at an enemy that's jumping away. STFU and quit being a little girl.
-
It's a good thing there are no supers that are called that, now it won't get nerfed!=)
