Field Scout is the absolute best perk for this gun. 7 rounds is way to low. I dont care if you have 3 reload perks. The fact is you still have to take time to reload.
If you have a shootout with someone of equal skill who will win? The person with more bullets in the mag. Derp.
Now I'm talking PvP. But even if I'm talking PvE what would be better? Outlaw? Crowd Control?
