If I preorder a digital game from GameStop, will I get a download code in an email? If so, when?
Or will I have to pick up my code in store on the day it's released?
I'd like to have that shit downloaded so I can play it right away...at 12:01am

Don't pre-order. Just get it the day/week it comes out, after reviews n' such. That's why we keep getting crappy games.

6 RepliesIf you preorder digitally from GameStop, you have to go the day the games released to pick up the code. So no, you can't preload from GameStop. That's why I preorder from xbl.
