For PvE, yes, absolutely.
For PvP, it's still Titans. You can rocket a Titan during Fist of Havoc or shoulder charge and they just hit you right through it. And yet, everyone's talking about nerfing Sunsingers and Bladedancers. Makes no sense to me.
