So, I am back.. As you may have read about my situation already about having to make a decision between Gaming and my Girlfriend... To refresh your memory or if you may not know yet, I had to make a decision to either be with my girlfriend or stop grinding Destiny (Full story here http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/93198637/0/0)
Today I decided to let her leave my house as I couldn't take drama any more, she asks me to cut back time on Destiny which I feel I'll be losing out... I work full time and use all my time to play because just like everybody else I want Icebreakers, MIDA Tools and Fatebringers!
So to me it seemed selfish of her to ask me to stop playing so much to spend time with her.... As I work hard at work everyday and bring home money, rent and putting food on the table she should show a little more respect and gratitude towards me. It seems as if she takes me for granted and wants more and more from me. So I've decided to let her go because no way in hell would I give up my gaming for her.. Ungrateful woman I must say but anyway I do want to thank you people for all the advice on my other thread! It really helped.
Good riddance to her.

Edited by Saboteur: 1/19/2015 9:32:46 PMComplete moron if you think gaming is more important than anything else...especially your lover. Having a hobby like gaming is good for you, but like anything else, if done for too long, it will turn you into something nasty that makes decisions based solely on your hobby. I don't even know why you've considered to drop your girl simply on a game such as Destiny, the game is very fun, I'll agree, but there's no way it is worth playing every single day, grinding STRIKES?!? Are you out of your fcking mind? Really bruh? Phogoth is more important than the person that chose to love you? The only way you could have made this whole situation plausible is if the game had enough weekly content to play every single day. Tuesday is reset day, Nightfalls 3x can be done within 1hr or just a little over, Crota's raid and VoG on each character can be done all within few hours of gaming, if not faster. So if you still playing the game after you have accomplished these tasks, then you're addicted, I don't really know what to say buddy.
