Firefly is exclusive to fatebringer as of right now. And a few scout rifles. No other hand cannon can get it.

The very first one I got way back on the second Iron Banner had it, but I rerolled and haven't seen it since. I'm guessing it was a perk they removed when they saw it was coming up.
