Just last night my friend was using some kind of scout rifle with explosive rounds and firefly. I was a bit jelly as I never could find one... Well, I thought. Ended up looking in the vault and to my surprise... I had a Badger CCL with explosive rounds and firefly just sitting in there! Now I'm running with it and want opinions on whether I should max it out or not. It has a slower rate of fire but is the higher impact worth it? (I have it equipped if you want to check it out) just to see what the community thinks about this weapon with its stat roll. Edit: I appreciate the responses and have made a decision to max it out. I can't wait till I'm off work to do so!
