I'm really low on Mote of light and would really like Outlaw perk as my play style preference but I was wondering if anyone has experience on this roll I got and if I should keep it.
Here's what got after blowing the very limited motes I had...
Zen moment stability perk
Perfect balance..flared maxwell...field scout
Who's next... this one I'm not sure of but says kill with final bullet increase reload and I believe all reload perks are supposed to be 150% increase. Some post online says the perk doesn't exactly perform as shown..instead a kill triggers effect and will trigger when mag is empty.. True? Without field scout it's 7 so it might work?
Questions I got..
Does flared magwell stack with Who's next?
What if I go perfect balance so that I can pull the trigger faster (less recoil downtime) to unload the mag with the Who's next perk.
Big issue for me is I'm used to freakin reloading when I get a chance.
By the waybim looking to use it for Pve not crucible
Thanks in advance to anyone tossing feedback

Edited by AKS1: 1/19/2015 2:32:31 PMI was hoping to get Outlaw, Field Scout, and Crowd Control. After blowing many motes of light, I ended up with Spray and Play, Field Scout, and Crowd Control, very close to what I wanted. Although I consider the Vanqusher VIII's post-DLC adjustment of perks from Feeding Frenzy to Spray and Play, I haven't noticed a major difference between them in actual Crucible play, so I'm OK with having it on my final Timur's Lash set of perks as well. Of all the reload perks, I like Feeding Frenzy and Outlaw better, in that order, but Spray and Play is still a very decent reload perk. By the way, I got Surplus, Field Scout, and Spray and Play on my FIRST reforge of Radagast's Fury. I wish it was arc instead of void damage, but otherwise it's a great combination for an investment of 2 motes total. Can you imagine how many rockets I'm going to have at my disposal when combined with Ruin Wings? Truth is still going to be my best void launcher, but Truth is more of a PvP destroyer. Truth for deadly accuracy in PvP and Radagast for endless rockets in PvE.
