What's The Main Purpose of a HRoF Weapon
What's the purpose/role of a high rate of fire weapon in destiny? It seems pointless without impact.

Nothing. Only use the epilogue for nightfalls/thorn bounties. The nechrocasm might follow a similar path if the explosion ability does not compensate.

Yea it's annoying to see 99% of the ARs are HRoF now. But I think it's to do with the Suros factor, considering how outrageously good the old ARs were - shadow price, vanquisher, etc.

tbh the way the guns are, they should be considered more SMG's than Rifles. there's only a few high impact, low rof rifles in the game including the powerhouse; Khrostov
