What would you guys say is the best or close too roll for this one? I have outlaw, crowd control, explosive rounds, send it and snap shot. Seems pretty good for pve just wish I had field shout on it with outlaw and crowd control.

My perfect roll for TL is - -Outlaw -Field Scout -Crowd Control It's great for pve, which is my preference. It's equipped on my hunter currently.

I had one with outlaw and luck in the chamber...but I got greedy and rolled a garbage roll and ran out of motes :(

One of mine has - rangefinder / perfect balance / luck in the chamber I mainly play pvp and I think that those are pretty great perks for pvp. I usually skip the reload perks for pvp. If you desperately need to reload as fast as possible in pvp, you've probably already screwed up pretty bad.

Mine is decent. I have luck in the chamber, hip fire, as well as explosive rounds and high calibre.

On the very first iron banner I had a team mate who rolled his to have arc damage. I'm not happy that this is no longer a roll feature.
