TES soundtracks have been good. Part of that is also their use of music, which like in Halo CE, is very good. Half-Life 2 comes to mind too. I liked The Darkness' soundtrack when it came out, and E.Y.E. Divine Cybermancy had a good score too. Chrystal Chronicles. There are lots more, I am sure. Edit: AoE 2 had good music too iirc.
