It does have an exotic perk, "The Master". Increases precision damage (presumably to what it should have been out-of-the-box), and increases damage after a kill. However, given the weapon's already mediocre stats and the middling bonuses offered by this otherwise great exotic upgrade, more than anything it needs a very considerable boost to Impact. Given that Ice Breaker can fire 7 successive shots in the time NLB can fire 2 (maaaaaybe 3?), and Ice Breaker also does considerably more damage and is much easier to handle, NLB needs to do an inordinate amount of damage to compensate. I want this thing to drop visible chunks off of Valus Ta'aurc's health bar.
