OK. So I got to looking at my grimore score and noticed the little yellow bars on the cards, some have it full, some don't. Does this mean anything? If so, what?

Should be because you have maxed the requirements in that section.

I have the same question? Via the android app I am unable to work out how or which tasks are incomplete?
